2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any part of the wc7x platform. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds held in that account will be forfeited.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on wc7x. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, wc7x will close the duplicate accounts, void any winnings generated through those accounts, and may permanently ban the individual from the platform.
2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC or passport, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change.
2.4 Eligibility Restrictions. wc7x does not permit registration by persons who are subject to a self-exclusion order on this platform, employees or agents of wc7x or its affiliates, or persons residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your responsibility to verify whether your use of wc7x is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wc7x account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. wc7x strongly recommends the use of a unique, strong password that is not reused across other websites or services.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your wc7x account, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. wc7x will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.3 KYC Verification. wc7x is required under its international gaming licence to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You will be asked to provide a clear copy of your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a valid passport, along with proof of your registered payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held until verification is successfully completed.
3.4 Account Closure. You may request closure of your wc7x account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method. wc7x reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or prohibited conduct.
3.5 Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if it has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. wc7x reserves the right to deduct a monthly administration fee from the balance of inactive accounts after providing notice. Where an inactive account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. wc7x accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT cryptocurrency. All PKR transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees. Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds for each payment method are displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your wc7x account.
4.2 Own Funds Only. You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that you are legally entitled to use for gambling purposes. wc7x does not accept deposits from third parties. You must not use borrowed funds, funds obtained through credit, or funds belonging to another person to deposit into your wc7x account.
4.3 Third-Party Payment Prohibition. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals will only be processed to a method that matches the name on your wc7x account. This policy is applied without exception as part of wc7x's anti-money laundering obligations.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. USDT withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour of approval. Processing times are estimates and may be longer during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Where a deposit bonus has been claimed, the relevant wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal request can be submitted. wc7x reserves the right to perform additional security checks before approving any withdrawal request.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by wc7x are subject to individual wagering requirements and terms that are specified at the time the offer is presented. Where a general wagering requirement applies, it will be stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount or to the combined deposit and bonus amount as applicable.
5.2 Bonus Eligibility. Each bonus or promotional offer is available to eligible players only, as specified in the individual offer terms. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may only be claimed once per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a new player bonus using a second or subsequent account is a breach of these Terms.
5.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for the relevant bonus. If the validity period expires before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
5.4 Game Contributions. Not all games on the wc7x platform contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sportsbook bets, live casino games, slot games, and fishing games may contribute at different rates. The contribution rates applicable to each product are set out in the individual bonus terms.
5.5 Bonus Abuse. wc7x monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, and exploiting promotional conditions in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling. Where bonus abuse is identified, wc7x reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend the account.
5.6 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. wc7x reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players where practicable. wc7x's decision on all matters relating to bonus eligibility and wagering is final.
6.1 Sportsbook. All bets placed on the wc7x sportsbook are subject to the applicable sport-specific and market-specific rules as published on the platform. wc7x reserves the right to void any bet where a market was offered in error, where the odds were clearly incorrect, or where the outcome of the event was already known at the time the bet was placed.
6.2 Casino and Slot Games. All casino games and slot titles on wc7x use certified random number generation. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published in the individual game information panels. The outcome of all games is determined solely by the certified RNG and cannot be influenced by the player, the platform, or any third party.
6.3 Live Casino. Live casino games are subject to the rules of the individual game as explained by the live dealer. In the event of a technical failure during a live casino game, the hand or round in progress at the time of the failure may be voided at wc7x's discretion and stakes returned to the player.

6.5 Error and Malfunction Policy. In the event of a software or system error that results in an incorrect game outcome, payout, or odds display, wc7x reserves the right to correct the error and adjust affected bets or balances accordingly. wc7x is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wc7x platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

8.3 Self-Exclusion Obligations. Where a player has applied for self-exclusion, wc7x will close the account and refund any remaining balance after satisfaction of applicable wagering conditions. 10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wc7x shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the wc7x platform.
10.2 wc7x does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and circumstances beyond wc7x's control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.
10.3 wc7x's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits wc7x's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
wc7x collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on wc7x, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
